Everyone likes to feel appreciated, especially by those that hold so near and dear to our hearts. Gratitude is a value that can create profound connections with others, and it does not need to be complicated.
This week we run through a DYAD exercise, which we have done on the podcast before, but consider this a refresher for yourself and relationships for this holiday season. We often get lost in the logistics and stress of end of year gatherings, so we hope that you can use this simple exercise to slow down and extend some gratitude to the people you love.
